This service is designed for law firms, legal assistants, paralegals, and corporate legal departments handling sensitive documents.

How your files are protected

We use TitanFile, a secure document-transfer platform trusted by legal professionals handling sensitive information. 

  • Encrypted in transit, and at the rest: your files are protected from upload to download

  • Access-Controlled: your documents are accessed only by authorized CETTEC print staff.

  • No email attachments: avoid the risks of sending confidential documents by email

  • Audit-ready: activity is logged, so there is a clear trail of access and handling

  • Kept in Canada: all files are stored and processed in Canada, in line with Canadian data residency requirements.

We follow strict handling and retention practices:

  • No long-term file storage: client files are removed from our system after your job is completed and delivered, unless you specifically request that we keep them on file

  • Secure handling of misprints: any misprints or spoilage are immediately shredded

  • Secure storage before shipment: completed, ship-ready print jobs are kept in locked, secure filing cabinets or storage areas until they are packaged and dispatched

Your matter files are never shared with third parties and are used solely to complete your order.

How it works

  1. Fill out the online order form
    Enter your contact details, matter reference, document type, quantities, and print/binding specs.

    Court-compliant presets are being finalized. For now, please select the options that match your filing requirements.
     

  2. Click “Send Securely” during the form
    When you reach the upload step, click Send Securely. A new window will open to our TitanFile secure upload page.

  3. Upload your documents in TitanFile
    Upload your files (PDF preferred). You can send a single file or multiple files. Submit the upload when finished.

  4. Return to the order form and submit
    Go back to the original order form tab, finish any remaining fields, and click Submit Order.

  5. We confirm everything
    We’ll review the order details and uploaded files, confirm your request, and contact you if anything needs clarification. If you requested pricing, we’ll send an estimate before production.

  6. Typical turnaround: same day or next business day for most legal jobs. Rush service available.
