Our Printing Company offers a wide range of printing services including digital printing, document reproduction, binding, finishing, and more. We cater to both personal and business printing needs.

Do you have minimum order quantities for printing?

While we don't have strict minimum order quantities, pricing may vary based on quantity. Feel free to contact us with your specific requirements, and we'll provide you with a customized quote.

What is the typical turnaround time for printing orders?

Turnaround time depends on the specifics of each project including size, complexity, and quantity. However, we strive to complete most orders within 3-5 business days. Rush options are available for urgent projects.

Do you offer delivery or shipping services?

Yes, we offer both local delivery and shipping services. Local delivery is available within a specified radius, while we can also ship orders nationally and internationally via trusted courier services.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, cheques, and Interac e-transfer. For corporate clients or bulk orders, please contact us to discuss invoicing options.

What is your return and refund policy?

All printed materials, order deliveries and other supplies are final sales. We cannot accept returns other than if the supplied product is defective or the quality is not acceptable due to the failure of equipment or media.

What is your payment policy?

We accept cheques, INTERAC e-transfer, all Canadian-issued and most non-Canadian-issued credit cards with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB or Discover logo, and Interac Debit cards. We use Square Payments for all credit card transactions, making shopping and paying online safe so you can be sure that your card data is secure. For more information, visit Square Security. We are not offering credit terms accounts (except Contract and Standing Offer accounts) and all invoices due upon delivery of the order (COD or Charge on Delivery). We charge a $7.00 minimum charge on all orders. (except Contract and Standing Offer accounts) We charge five (5) % Late charges (Finance Charge) per month on overdue invoices. (except Contract and Standing Offer accounts)

What types of materials can be printed?

We can print on various materials or substrates including coated, uncoated, carbon and synthetic paper, and cardstock. Our capabilities cover a broad spectrum to meet diverse printing requirements.


What file formats do you accept for printing?

We accept most common file formats including PDF, AI, PSD, EPS, TIFF, JPG, and PNG.  Our pre-press team can assist you with file preparation if needed.

What is the recommended resolution for artwork files?

For optimal print quality, we recommend artwork files to be at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) at the final print size. Lower resolutions may result in pixelation or blurriness.

How should I submit my artwork files?

You can submit your artwork files through our online file upload portal, via email, or in person at our location. Be sure to include your contact information and any specific instructions with your submission.

Can I request a sample of my printed project before placing a full order?

Yes, we can provide a printed sample upon request for an additional fee. This allows you to review the quality and make any necessary adjustments before proceeding with a full order.

Can I submit artwork with spot colors or Pantone references?

Yes, we can accommodate spot colors or Pantone references in your artwork. Please ensure that spot colors are clearly indicated in your file or provide the corresponding Pantone color codes.

What if my artwork contains fonts or images that are not embedded?

To avoid font or image issues, please ensure that all fonts are outlined or embedded, and images are embedded or linked properly within your artwork file.

Can I request a proof of my artwork before printing?

Yes, we provide digital proofs for approval before printing. This allows you to review the artwork layout, colors, and content to ensure accuracy and make any necessary revisions.

What color mode should my artwork be in?

Artwork should be in CMYK color mode for full-color printing. RGB color mode is suitable for digital viewing but may result in color variations when printed.

Can I provide artwork in other languages?

Absolutely! We can accommodate artwork in different languages. Please ensure that all text is outlined or provide the necessary fonts if the text needs to be editable.
