Legal Printing in Vancouver
We print and bind a wide range of court and litigation materials, including affidavits, pleadings, transcripts (as supplied), exhibits, factums, appeal books, records, books of authorities, and bound legal sets. Our legal printing service is built for law firms, court reporters, paralegals, and legal professionals
We recommend submitting orders through our Legal Print Order page (https://www.cettec.ca/legalorder)for the fastest processing and the fewest delays. Orders can also be arranged by email. For large or sensitive files, we recommend TitanFile (https://upload-cettec.titanfile.com/sbc75x/)for secure file transfer.
To avoid delays, please include:
• Matter name / reference
• Final print-ready files (PDF preferred)
• Number of copies (sets) required
• Binding selection
• Turnaround selection
• Paper size (Letter/Legal) and 1-sided vs 2-sided
• Any special instructions (tabs, covers, hole punching, split volumes, pickup/delivery notes)
Orders with missing or unclear information may require follow-up before production.
Yes. Email submission is accepted, but we recommend the Legal Print Order page (https://www.cettec.ca/legalorder)whenever possible. Email can also be limited by attachment size, delivery delays, or filtering. For large or sensitive files, TitanFile (https://upload-cettec.titanfile.com/sbc75x/)is recommended.
Yes. As part of our normal workflow, we check files for basic print-related issues such as legibility at print size, page orientation, obvious page order or numbering inconsistencies, and missing or blank pages. If something appears unclear and time allows, we may reach out before printing to confirm how you would like to proceed. These checks support smooth production and do not replace client review or approval.
Yes. This policy applies to all legal rush and court-critical work.
1) Availability
• After-hours and weekend legal production is not guaranteed.
• Availability must be confirmed in advance for any work required outside regular business hours.
• Unconfirmed after-hours emails and voicemail messages are reviewed starting the next business day.
2) Court-Critical Deadlines
• Deadlines requiring delivery early in the morning (for example, before or at 9:00 AM) require confirmed after-hours production.
• If files are only reviewed during normal business hours, same-morning court deadlines may not be feasible.
3) Emergency Production
• When availability is confirmed, after-hours or weekend work is treated as emergency legal production.
• Emergency and rush surcharges apply due to compressed timelines and off-hours production.
4) Best Practices for Law Firms
To ensure certainty and avoid delays:
• Provide advance notice before the close of business if urgent or court-critical work is anticipated
• Confirm availability for after-hours production by phone
• Ensure files are final, complete, and approved for print before submission
CETTEC is committed to supporting urgent legal matters while maintaining predictable service standards and reliable delivery.
All legal files are handled confidentially and used solely for production purposes. We follow strict security procedures, including secure digital intake, controlled access workstations, encrypted file transfer, and discreet packaging. Misprints and waste sheets are shredded, and matters are not discussed with third parties.
If you notice an issue with your printed materials, contact CETTEC as soon as possible so we can review and address it. If the issue is caused by CETTEC production (incorrect quantity, incorrect collation, incorrect binding, missing pages caused during production), we will correct it. If the issue originates in supplied files (incorrect page order, missing exhibit pages in the PDF, incorrect content), reprints may be billable.
